Lately I've been so excited to play in makeup, running back and forth in my bathroom like a painter. I had an idea for dark, nude eyeshadow look with a pink blush which paired perfectly with the re-released MAC M.A.Cximal Sleek Satin Lipstick in "Fleshpot".
I actually didn't know this lipstick was a re-release because while I was heavy in the OG YouTube makeup scene, I think I was so poor that I was more paying attention to how to recreate looks with what I have or on the low, than what the specific products were themselves (since my two day a week, minimum wage Macy's job wasn't gonna pay for no MAC counter makeup.) The lipstick is a very beautiful smooth consistency. Not drying at all which is nice because me and matte, dry lips kinda go hand and hand, so it's nice to have one that isn't that. For my comfort, I do feel like it needs a liner paired with it, but other than that, I think it's beautiful and I can't wait to wear it again!
Anyway! Here are the details from this makeup look and sidebar-- I was so stoked on how these pictures came out after editing. I'm really back in my artsy girl era.
